What to Expect

Enjoy a self-guided jet ski rental experience on the water with the support of our safety team.

We offer 30-minute to 2-hour rentals on designated lakes and riding areas at the Chain O' Lakes. When you arrive, our team will walk you through a full safety briefing, explain lake rules and boundaries, and show you how to properly operate the jet ski.

All rentals include a clean, reliable Sea-Doo GTX jet ski with fuel included. Each jet ski fits up to 2 riders.

During your ride, a safety guide will be on the water on a separate jet ski to monitor activity, ensure safety, and assist if needed. They can also take photos and videos of your experience upon request.

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Requirements:

• All riders must sign a liability waiver upon arrival
  
• Riders must be at least 3 feet tall to participate
  
• Must be accompanied by at least one rider 18 years or older
  
• Maximum combined weight per jet ski is 600 lbs
  
• All riders must follow all lake rules, boundaries, and staff instructions at all times
  
• All renters are responsible for any damage to equipment

We currently have 2 jet skis, each holding up to 2 people, for a maximum group size of 4 people.

Do I need to watch a safety video?

Yes. Required before departure.

Am I responsible for damages?

Yes. Renters are responsible for damages caused during use.

What is the cancellation policy?

​Customers will receive a full refund or credit when notice of cancellation is given over 24 hours from scheduled tour time. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
